Ever Wondered Why Apple Displays The Time As 9:41 AM In All Their Ads?

This is very intriguing. The reason is very interesting and tells something about Apple's history. Take a look.

#4 How Observant Are You?

How well do you observe things around you? Even the staunchest fan of Apple would've not noticed that the time showed in each and every Apple Ad is 9:41. Now you might just think that this time selection has no reason and is just very random but even the most minute of details in an Apple product has a solid reason behind it.

The main reason behind keeping this as a fixed time is none other than the genius himself, 'Steve Jobs'.

#3 The 'Steve Jobs' Connection
You know for a fact that Steve Jobs never did anything without a reason. There has to be a reason behind everything. Everything, including the time displayed on the device in all of their advertisements.

The reason for this can be traced back to the birth of the iPhone. Back then, Steve Jobs decided something that reflects in each and every single Apple Ad.

See what that decision was ahead.

#2 The Time

During its inception, Job's decided to launch this revolutionary product that had tech enthusiasts skip a heartbeat at 9:42am. Isn't the reason justified? Known for his punctuality, it was around the 42nd minute of his keynote speech that Jobs said, "Today Apple is going to reinvent the phone." And a picture of the very first iPhone with the time, 9:42 AM popped up behind him on the screen.

But here, we aren't talking about 9:42, we are talking about 9:41. The reason is kind of similar. Take a look.

#1 The Reality

The reality is that Steve Job's anticipated that in the 41st minute of his speech, he'll be launching iPhone that got delayed by a minute. While rehearsing for the presentation, Jobs had calculated that the slide of the newly launched iPhone was going to appear on screen at around 9:41 AM.

Therefore, the Apple Advertisers first decided to stick to the original time of 9:42 and later came back to the anticipated time of 9:41 in the advertisements. Now this is an intriguing story about the biggest giant in the world of technology, isn't it?
