Glo Subscribers Can Now Borrow Data with “Glo Borrow Me Data”

Glo Nigeria finally unveils “Glo Borrow Me Data“, which helps their longtime customers up to a month to borrow Megabytes up to 2GB and after that, on your next recharge, they will take it immediately.

To borrow data dial *321# and follow the menu options. And please note that, the customer will repay the Data credit whenever airtime recharge is made.

Alongside with that, Glo Nigeria also did another launched and that is the “Double Free Tomorrow” With this offer, you get back 200% of whatever is spent on calls, SMS or data today to use for free the next day.

And wait, Glo Nigeria didn’t only launches Glo Borrow Me Data, they also did a re-packaging of other products and offers which includes, Double Free Tomorrow, 11k/s for All or Gbam Plus, Glo New IDD Packs and for those planing on porting to their network.

In the re-loaded offer, Globacom calculates all the value of airtime a subscriber used in a day for internet services, phone calls and SMS, and credits the subscriber’s phone with double this value at the start of the next day. The offer will now be available as default for all new customers activating a Glo line.



In essence, this actually means that subscribers will now receive back, the following day, double the airtime used in a day for calls, internet browsing and SMS. And please, be aware that the bonus can be used for practically anything including browsing or calls and SMS to Glo and non-Glo lines.

For instance, if a subscriber on the Glo network uses N500 credit in a day on calls, SMS and data, Glo will give back N1,000 credit to the subscriber the very next day to call all networks, SMS and browse free,”

The bonus can also be used for International calls to popular countries such as US, UK (fixed), Canada, China and India. To enjoy the service, subscribers are to dial *300#.

While at the Forum, they also launched “Gbam Plus 11k per second” Which also know as 11k/s for All. And it is among the best from Glo Nigeria. It is a very simple flat tariff plan which allows customers enjoy heavily reduced call rate on local and international calls.

And calls are charged at 11k/s to all local networks and for international calls to 30 top ranging from; UK, US, Canada, SA, India, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Israel and Australia. Others are Bangladesh, Brunei, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, French Guiana, Guam, Luxembourg, Malta, Mongolia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Puerto Rico, Reunion Island, Romania and Singapore.

The company said that new and existing customers can enjoy the unbelievable call rate which comes at a daily access fee of N5 by dialing *211# to migrate to the plan.

For those thinking about Porting to Glo Network, Glo Nigeria assures you that many amazing things awaits you as you port, you will enjoy a welcome bonus of N500 Glo-to-Glo talk time and N500MB data upon first single denomination recharge of N500 or higher.

They will also get 500MB complimentary data for the next six months after joining Glo, provided they use a minimum of N1,500 monthly.

And lastly, the Glo New IDD Packs. According to them, it covers calls made from Nigeria to the same 30 major international destinations for as low as N6.60 per minute. The bundles are designed to match the recharge denominations and include IDD 100, IDD 200, IDD 500 and IDD 1,000.

The IDD 100 gives the subscriber 12 minutes of call valid for 3 days, while IDD 200 gives 24 call minutes for 7 days.
The IDD 500 bundle gives 60 minutes of call for 14 days, while the fourth bundle, IDD 1000, will avail the user 150 call minutes valid for 30 days.
